PRIVATE BOXING INSTRUCTION
Boxing is best learned in a one-on-one session. This way you get the full attention of the coach, increasing the effectiveness of the instruction. Whether you are choosing to learn boxing for general fitness, self-defense or as a sport, you will learn better, faster and more effectively in a personal training environment.
Boxing is one of the most physically demanding sports in the world, that's why its benefits are greatly sort after by those interested in general fitness only. In recent years, the fitness industry has caught onto the power of boxing and many gyms now offer some sort of boxing class. Here at STJ you will not receive a watered down version of boxing. Regardless of your motivation behind learning to box, you will receive sound boxing instruction. What you do with it is up to you.
You will learn offensive and defensive techniques, and engage in challenging exercises both with and without weights. At the end of it all, you'll know how to defend yourself, and be in awesome shape - a lean, mean, fighting machine.
Group Class: BoxFitBoxFit is challenging 90-minute class that consists of boxfit, road-work, calisthenics and boxing. All the areas of fitness are addressed including cardiovascular training, both aerobic and anaerobic, strength training, plyometrics, muscular endurance and more.
